A PLUS EXPRESS

Dear customer,

As you may or may not be aware, Land Air Express was acquired by Forward Air on January 31,
2023.  We have been the exclusive agent for Land Air Express in the St. Louis area for the past 28
years.

This is an exciting time for us, as we will now be operating under our own authority.  We will
still provide the same great service with the same great employees you have come to know
over the past years.  We will continue to offer a variety of services, including guaranteed,
standard, same day and hot shot pickups and deliveries.  All employees will remain TSA
certified.

In order to guarantee that your freight can be recovered by us, you will need to consign your
freight to A Plus Express.

Please complete credit application and email back to: billing@aplus-stl.com so
we can set up your account.

We are using Crown Data Systems for our freight management and are able to provide you
access through Crown to all your shipment information.  Please email billing@aplus-stl.com or
dispatch@aplus-stl.com to request an email so we can grant you access to Crown Connect. 

We have EDI capabilities through Crown.  Please email us and let us know if you would like to be
set up for EDI through Crown Data Systems.
